هي احدى المؤسسات العلمية التابعة الى الاكاديمية الدولية لتكنولوجيا الرياضة في السويد، وهي مؤسسة علمية تهتم بتأهيل وتطوير المدربين على مختلف مستوياتهم وتصنيفاتهم من خلال الدورات التدريبية التي تنظمها، حيث تهدف هذه الاكاديمية الى:

1- توثيق التعاون العلمي والفني مع المؤسسات ومراكز البحوث والجامعات على المستويات الدولية.

2- توثيق التعاون مع الاتحادات الدولية والقارية والاقليمية والمحلية.
3- تنظيم دورات التدريب المختلفة بالتنسيق مع الاتحادات الدولية والقارية والاقليمية والمحلية.
4- استقدام افضل المدربين والمحاضرين الدوليين لاعطاء المحاضرات النظرية والعملية للمدربين خلال الدورات.
5- اعداد المدربين بمختلف مستوياتهم التدريبية والعلمية.
6- منح الشهادات التدريبية لمختلف المستويات والتصنيفات بالتنسيق مع الاتحادات الدولية والقارية والاقليمية والمحلية.
7- توطين مفاهيم جودة التدريب الرياضي وفق أرقى المعايير العالمية.
